The role The IT Project Manager leads projects, ensuring timely completion within budget through effective project management and thorough requirement analysis.
Experience in programming, IT networking, desktop support, and relevant education and IT experience are essential for this role.
How you'll make an impactEnsure compliance with regulations including data privacy, GDPR, and cybersecurity.
Foster a values-based culture and uphold leadership principles.
Lead IT projects, including planning, organizing, and resource allocation.
Establish and maintain project management best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements.
Ensure solutions align with corporate IT architecture and policies.
Oversee software development and testing processes.
Manage network infrastructure alignment with project needs.
Align IT desktop support operations with project requirements.
Efficiently manage project budgets and resource allocation.
What do you bringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.

years' experience in IT project management and project requirement analysis in a manufacturing setting.
Advanced and demonstrated knowledge in programming development, AI, IT networking, desktop support, and other IT areas.
Proven leadership skills.
Ability to coach and/or mentor direct reports.
Knowledgeable in IT security, compliance, and industry standards.
Knowledge of SAP and Citrix-related projects is preferred.
