Maintenance Controls TechnicianLocation:
Springfield, OhioJob Overview and key duties (agile)Responsible for electrical controls for production equipment, troubleshooting any issues related to PLC/Servo/HMI and making necessary repairs.
New equipment and improvement projects are a significant part of the job.
Automation Machine Programming, Maintenance and RepairPerform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems.
Monitor automated systems.
Isolate issues and repair or replace any necessary components.
Troubleshoot issues, determine if issue is mechanical, electrical or computer control system related.
Automation and PLC programmingProduction Support and Continuous ImprovementCreate operating instructions for automation machinery.
Perform and document preventive maintenance.
Maintain spare parts inventory.
Food SafetyFollow and enforce GMP and all Food Safety policies.
Additional information (including specialized qualifications)Previous experience and knowledge in:
