3rd (11p - 7a) 4 day / 10 Hour scheduleWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team.
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of machinery and equipment.
You will be a key player in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to our company's growth and success.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
1.
Performing regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure optimal performance.
2.
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues with various types of machinery and equipment, including electrical and hydraulic systems.
3.
Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
4.
Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
5.
Documenting and maintaining inventory of all parts, tools, and equipment.
6.
Assisting in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
7.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting changes to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
8.
Collaborating with other team members and departments to optimize production processes.
9.
Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performing scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
QualificationsTo be considered for the Multicraft Maintenance Technician position, you must meet the following
Qualifications:
1.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance technician role in a manufacturing environment.
2.
Proven expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and hydraulic systems.
3.
Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
4.
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
5.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
6.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7.
Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
8.
High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training or certification in electrical or hydraulic systems is a plus.
9.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
