Primary Roles and
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain vendor accounts payables for Urbana location, EPLAN, Rittal affiliates and consignment accounts within the corporate guidelines, applying the processes and procedures defined by the company.
Process Invoices in SAP system.
Manage and maintain accurate account information on the accounting system.
Vendor/Supplier contact to resolve payment, credit, or billing issues.
Set up new vendor accounts verify banking information.
Review incoming invoices, match to P.
O.
, review, and research issues with P.
O.
Verify payments for accuracy.
Maintain various spreadsheets.
File documents and records.
Maintain strict confidentiality on all accounting matters.
Other duties as assigned.
What we seek is for someone with a strong analytical mindset to identify trends and opportunities in addition toHigh School diploma or GED required.
Associate degree in accounting or 5 years accounts payable experience preferred.
Strong computer knowledge including spreadsheets.
SAP knowledge preferred.
with accounting software preferred SAP a PLUS Excel -intermediate level Ability to manage information confidentially.
