The roleYou will provide a full range of manufacturing support to 2nd Shift at our Urbana, OH facility.
Duties include but are not limited to:
General machine set-up and troubleshooting, utilizing safe operating procedures, and collaboration with team members throughout the facility.
How you'll make an impactSet up machine per customer/order specificationTroubleshoot and adjust machine controls and componentsAbility to perform changeovers, including blade changesCommunicate with other departments to request raw materials and supplies to eliminate the need for downtimeDocument and explain all production data according to proceduresPerform quality inspectionsNote:
Other duties may be required What do you bringHigh School Diploma or GED required, manufacturing experience preferredComprehend and apply basic reading, arithmetic, and geometry (testing required)Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as a ruler, tape measure, caliper, and micrometer (testing required)Physical requirements - lift and manipulate unwieldy parts weighing between 50 - 100 lbs.
