As the Business System Analyst, you will analyze business issues, define requirements, design computer programs, and recommend automated system controls and protocols to solve organizational information issues.
Determine operational objectives, gather information, and evaluate output requirements and formats.
Work closely with end-users to analyze, define, model, and document systems requirements.
Identify project milestones, phases, and elements, and keep the team within timeline and budget.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications.
You will contribute by;To serve as the liaison between the user community and the programming staff, ensuring Effective use of the SAP System The highly trained user community A clear understanding of requirementsTimely completion of projectsAssess programming requisitions to validate the need, ensure a clear understanding of requirements, and propose alternatives where appropriate.
Communicate programming requirements to offsite programming staff and monitor progress to track actual performance versus scheduleCoordinate training programs for super users and monitor training programs for end-users to ensure a high standard of understanding of the system throughout the organizationLead cross-functional teams on projects to improve the integrity of the data in the systemWork with users and programmers on system errors, to determine root cause and corrective action.
Provide on-call support to the user community on some evenings and weekends Adapt to assignment changes easily, ability to multi-task, learn office procedures and learn and use new software.
Develop organizational change management framework and conduct user acceptance testing.
Maintain automated system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
Create end-user documentation (e.
g.
, user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and deliver training.
Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for is;Minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience in SAP as a superuser, with demonstrated abilities in project management and systems implementation.
Exposure to customizing and specific knowledge in SAP Sales and Distribution or Warehouse Management preferred.
Experience with EDI and SAP IDOCS preferred.
Must be detail-oriented; communicate effectively via oral and written communications with all levels of employees, customers, and vendors.
Self-starter is willing to work through and seek answers to ongoing new requirements.
Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
