The roleThe Quality Manager is a key member of the Urbana Site Management Team (SMT).
This role is responsible for the Quality Management System, quality procedures, and customer liaison for Urbana plant quality.
How you'll make an impactUphold the Weidmann Leadership Principles of Trust, Alignment, Pride, and Accountability and support Urbana Leadership Team non-negotiables Leads by example in a values-based culture, connecting the team to the company mission, vision, and valuesCreates an environment that promotes highly engaged, high-performance teams in a dynamic cultureResponsible for maintaining Urbana's Quality Engagement System (QMS) to ensure that all products manufactured by Weidmann Urbana meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality levelsDevelop, implement, communicate, and maintain quality procedures to incorporate into the Weidmann QMSPrepares for and represents the Urbana plant during ISO 9001 audits / Participates in and leads quality audits of suppliers and internal auditsFormulate and maintain quality objectives and coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with General Manager, and Operations Managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costsInvestigate and respond to customer complaints regarding quality and assist manufacturing in the resolution of quality issuesAct as a company liaison between customers and suppliers to resolve quality problemsFacilitate problem-solving teams to find cause and corrective action for quality problemsNote:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
