We also do not accept returns on brand new items that are sealed in the package unless the package has not been tampered with or opened in any way. When returning an Item that has free shipping on it, we will be subtracting the initial shipping cost to send it to you out of the total item cost for the return. For example, an item cost $25.00 and has free shipping and you want to return it and the item cost $5 for us to have it shipped to you, then your refund will be $20.00. Also, when returning Buyer pays all shipping on returned items including the initial shipping to ship it to you, as stated above, and the return shipping. This prevents customers from returning items just because they changed their mind etc. This protect our small family company from losing money because of no fault of our own. Shipping: Shipping is via USPS (includes Delivery Confirmation).
